Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 March 2026
Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Tarbh Tech website (tarbh.tech) and our managed IT and security services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Tarbh Tech Limited is a company registered in Ireland, operating from Limerick.
Business services
Tarbh Tech provides services to businesses, organisations, and professional entities. Our services are not offered to consumers. If you are engaging our services, you confirm that you are acting in the course of a business, trade, or profession.
Our services
Tarbh Tech provides managed IT and security services under the COSAINT brand. Our service tiers – COSAINT Cyber, COSAINT Essentials, COSAINT Managed, COSAINT Complete, and COSAINT Strategic – are described on our services page.
All managed services are provided exclusively under individually negotiated and executed service agreements. No binding obligation to provide services arises from the use of this website, submission of enquiry forms, or the publication of pricing and service level information on this site.
The scope, deliverables, and service levels for each engagement are defined in the signed service agreement, which takes precedence over any general information published on this website.
Pricing and payment
Our pricing is published on our pricing page. We believe in transparency: published scope, published pricing, no surprise invoices.
All COSAINT tiers are engagement-based services. Published pricing represents our standard rates and is subject to the terms of your individual service agreement. Payment terms, billing frequency, and any agreed variations are specified in your signed service agreement.
We reserve the right to update published pricing at any time. For existing clients, pricing changes are governed by the terms of your service agreement, which requires 30 days' written notice.
Service Level Agreement
Our published SLA framework sets out our standard response times, resolution targets, and service credit policies. We publish these because we believe accountability should not be optional.
The published SLA framework is provided for transparency and general information. The binding service levels for each engagement are those set out in your signed Service Level Agreement. Where the terms of a signed agreement differ from the published framework, the signed agreement governs.
Service credits are available on application only and must be requested within one calendar month of the end of the reporting period in which the service level was missed. Credits are not applied automatically. Full terms, exclusions, and the claims process are set out in your signed Service Level Agreement.

All content on this website – including text, graphics, logos, design, and code – is the property of Tarbh Tech Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
The Tarbh Tech name, logo, and COSAINT brand are trademarks of Tarbh Tech Limited.

- Interfere with or disrupt the website's operation.
- Use automated tools to scrape content without permission.
- Submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Limitation of liability
The information on this website, including published pricing, service descriptions, and service level information, is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a contractual offer. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of the content.
To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Tarbh Tech Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
For managed service engagements, liability is governed exclusively by the terms of your signed service agreement. Service credits, as defined in your signed Service Level Agreement, represent the sole and exclusive remedy for failure to meet agreed service levels.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
