Blackpoint provides 24/7 SOC monitoring with human-led response (included in all tiers). Sentinel adds SIEM capabilities on top: custom detection rules, cross-environment correlation, threat hunting, and anomaly detection across your entire Microsoft estate. They complement each other.

What is the dedicated contractor resource?
