What does the product support helpdesk cover?
Our product support helpdesk handles issues with the tools we manage: M365, Intune, 1Password, Ironscales, and related platform issues. This is not end-user device support. If a user needs help with their laptop, printer, or general IT queries, that remains with your team. For full end-user helpdesk, see COSAINT Complete.
Do you handle user onboarding and offboarding?
Yes. COSAINT Managed includes full user lifecycle management: account creation, licence assignment, device enrolment via Intune, email configuration, security policy application, and secure offboarding with data retention compliance.
What is developer endpoint tuning?
Developers often need MDE exclusions for build tools, IDEs, and local development servers. We tune Defender policies for developer machines without compromising security posture – no extra charge, no nickel-and-diming for every exclusion request.
Can I start with Managed and upgrade later?
Yes. You can move to COSAINT Complete (adds full end-user helpdesk, Defender P2 suite, device build/ship) or Strategic (adds compliance, vCISO, Sentinel) at any renewal point or mid-contract with prorated adjustment.
