- All prices are per user per month, billed monthly or annually.
- Microsoft 365 licensing is included in Essentials, Managed, Complete, and Strategic tiers.
- Add-on pricing depends on environment complexity and is confirmed during onboarding.
- Project work and out-of-scope requests are quoted separately and agreed in advance.

Pricing FAQ
Why is there a minimum user count?
Each tier includes a baseline of infrastructure, tooling, and operational processes that have a fixed cost regardless of team size. The minimum ensures we can deliver the full service promise without cutting corners. COSAINT Cyber starts at just 5 users.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. You can move between tiers at any renewal point. Upgrades can happen mid-contract with a prorated adjustment. We will work with you to ensure a smooth transition, including any infrastructure changes needed for the new tier.
What is included in the per-user price?
Every tier includes the security tooling and licences specified for that tier. From COSAINT Essentials upward, M365 licensing is included. From COSAINT Managed upward, all licences, device management, and operational support are included. There are no hidden platform fees or separate licensing costs.
Are there any setup fees?
No ongoing setup fees. The first 90 days include onboarding, security baseline deployment, and configuration at no additional cost. For complex migrations (e.g., moving from another MSP or significant infrastructure changes), we scope and quote any one-off project work separately.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly in arrears based on active user count. You receive a single invoice covering your tier fee and any active add-ons. We accept direct debit, bank transfer, and card payments.
What if I need something not listed?
Our add-on modules cover the most common requirements. For anything else, we scope it as a project or custom retainer. Talk to us and we will find the right fit rather than force you into a tier that does not match.
Does the per-user price cover everything?
The published per-user price covers everything listed in your chosen COSAINT tier, including all software licensing, support, and security tooling. Work outside the tier scope — such as one-off projects, on-site visits, hardware procurement, or custom integrations — is quoted and agreed separately before any charges apply. There are no surprise invoices.
