What does "nothing mandatory" mean for what you do?

COSAINT Complete is designed so your organisation may have no internal IT team at all. We handle everything: end-user helpdesk, device build and shipping, application deployment, M365 administration, security, and operational oversight. If you do have an IT person, they work alongside us rather than managing us.

What is included in the Defender Suite?

COSAINT Complete includes Defender for Endpoint P2 (advanced threat hunting, automated investigation), Defender for Office 365 P2 (attack simulation, enhanced anti-phishing), Entra P2 with PIM (privileged identity management), and enhanced Defender for Cloud Apps. This is the full Microsoft XDR stack.

How does centralised device build and ship work?

We build, configure, enrol in Intune, and ship devices directly to your users anywhere in Ireland. Devices arrive ready to use with all policies, apps, and security configured. Hardware is pass-through cost – no markup. We also run endpoint re-imaging programmes for existing devices.

What are Quarterly Business Reviews?

QBRs are structured reviews with your leadership team covering security posture, ticket trends, licence usage, operational metrics, and forward-looking recommendations. Combined with weekly operations meetings, they ensure proactive management rather than reactive firefighting.

Is the GRC add-on available at this tier?

Yes. COSAINT Complete supports the GRC add-on for organisations needing ISO 27001, NIS2, or GDPR compliance management via Cyberday ISMS. If you need GRC built into the base tier with vCISO advisory, see COSAINT Strategic.
